Reactive specialise in small scale radio services - ideal for between one and ten outlets..

Reactive Media is a leading supplier of music and advertising solutions for retailers including shopping centres, stores, garden centres and car showrooms.

Transform the ambiance of your store, shopping centre or car showroom with your own music channel! Great music mixed with identity tags / jingles and your own promotional advertising helps to greatly enhance the customer experience. Research shows that music also helps to increase basket spend - and improves staff morale.

Two options are available:

Store Sound - PPL / PRS Free Service
This radio service uses music from the extensive "Global Journey" catalogue which is PPL /PRS free - meaning you don't need to pay for these licences to take the service.

Radio In A Box
This self-contained music server contains an extensive music library "The Best Songs Ever Made" - classic hits from the 60's, 70's, 80's and the best of today. The playlist is tailored around your audience. This service uses commercial music and therefore you need the necessary public performance licences.

Store Sound is an exciting new concept in instore entertainment which does not require an onsite PPL or PRS licence. Its your own branded in-store radio service, including regular identifying announcements throughout the day.

High quality (non-commercial) music from the extensive Global Journey collection covers many different styles including world, classical, lifestyle and more. Its easy to listen to and helps create a relaxed ambient shopping experience.

Store Sound costs just £399 to set up and £99 a month - with no PRS or PPL fees to pay.

Radio in a box is our self-contained music server, which includes professional radio playout software and an extensive music library featuring "The Best Songs Ever Made". Familiar favourites and classic tunes blend with innovative announcements and your own branding to create an entertaining background for your customers and staff.

The programming

 We use our considerable experience of working in the commercial radio industry to design a playlist, which will really work for your business. A typical hour will include around 18 commercial music tracks from our “best songs ever made” music library. Some tracks will play back to back - others will have “identity tags” or “promotional adverts” between.

Promotional Advertsing

Your channel also provides you with a valuable advertsing platform - your own "airtime"! Why not make this airtime available to your suppliers or tenants? Adverts can be scheduled to play out at regular intervals or at certain times.

Plug and Play

Radio in a box simply plugs into your existing PA system and a broadband connection. The server is remotely controlled and updated by us.
Liners are very short announcements which identify your outlet. We produce a series of these using your company name and strapline. Some of these will be mixed with background music to make it sound more like a jingle.

Announcements are sales and marketing messages - and you can have up to 10 different messages running each month, each up to 30 words. Announcements do not include background music or any sound effects.
