TELESALES / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Telesales / Administration assistant to join our highly motivated and friendly team at our offices in Latchford (Warrington).

This is a part-time position which is likely to suit someone with previous telephone based telesales, media sales or customer services experience.

If you have a great telephone manner and are confident at making sales calls, this could be the position for you!

Working from our database, your role will be to:

• Make contact with customer prospects and existing customers to promote our services
• Build rapport with and update existing customers, informing them about new offers & promotions
• Update our CRM database
• Make a record of all contacts made and ensure future contact is diary dated
• Assist with any queries that may arise during calls
• Arrange for brochures / information to be mailed as requested and make a note to follow up with a telephone contact
• Be friendly, warm, approachable and professional at all times.

This role will be for between 4 and 8 hours per week to be worked ideally between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.


Essential Skills / Experience

• You should have a friendly but professional telephone manner and be a clear communicator
• Able to build rapport and develop relationships
• IT literate, ideally with EXCEL and OUTLOOK

Previous experience in media sales or in a telesales role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
