I'm pleased to confirm that there will be no problems with the FSA. Your script will need to be approved by them, but we've not had a problem so far. The only downside is that they sometimes take a little time to rubber stamp the script - but we should still be able to get you up and running within 10 days. I like the idea of having your service on my phone system, but as everything we do has to be passed by the FSA I'm wondering if this is something they normally allow - or if you have any experience in this area?

Thank you for your message. I am happy to confirm that our "one off" production is certainly a "one time" purchase and there is no commitment for you to purchase further down the line. Your production is supplied with a lifetime music licence, so there is nothing further to pay year after year - however - all I would say is, just like any marketing material - your on hold production will have a natural shelf life. You can use the production for as many years as you like (at no extra cost) but in reality, from our experience most clients update the production after about 18 to 24 months. Hope this helps!

I have had a quote from a different supplier for a one-time production. They have quoted me just under £100 a month including VAT however I have to sign for a 3 year contract and I'm not too keen on that. I'm not looking to change my recording, so can't understand why I have to pay the same amount again for it year after year. I notice you say on your site "no minimum contract". What does this mean exactly? Could it possibly mean that if I have a one-time production, it is a one-time purchase?

Hello, you supply on hold marketing for one of our suppliers and they kindly gave me your website details. Not sure if you can help us as our sites have fairly old telephone systems (Meridien Norstar, they were all installed by BT about 12 years ago) but we would like to take advantage of your service if at all possible.
